For over 12 years, I have worked in universities, colleges, secondary schools, and for-profit companies in both the United States and Hong Kong, while also providing private education and consulting services to countless students and families. With a strong background in education and extensive teaching experience, I’ve observed that many educational organizations struggle to maintain consistent service quality. Too often, students are unable to reach their tutors when needed or enjoy the learning experience they deserve.

Dr. Li holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master of Science in Biology from California State University, Northridge. His journey in education began in 2005 as a biology professor and academic advisor at U.S. universities, where he dedicated himself to mentoring students and shaping their academic futures.
In 2013, Dr. Li returned to Hong Kong, bringing his expertise to the University of Hong Kong and The Princeton Review. Driven by a passion for personalized education, he later founded his own education services, focusing on helping students navigate academic planning, test preparation, and college admissions with confidence and clarity.
Beyond his professional practice, Dr. Li is deeply committed to advancing education. He has actively contributed to educational initiatives and serves as an advisor to various organizations. While his primary focus is in Hong Kong, he maintains strong connections with students overseas and universities and colleges across the United States, ensuring his students have access to global opportunities.
